Sunday, June 22, 2008. Criminal Restitution Orders as Civil Judgments. There is no need to start a new action, civil or criminal, to enforce a restitution order as if it was a judgment. We have yet to see how the CNMI Superior Court will deal with this issue. I will be updating this post when I find out- stay tuned. Monday, June 16, 2008. Wednesday, June 4, 2008.
